1. Use of Service

SureSign provides tools for child check-in verification and secure parent-organization coordination. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or disrupt our platform.

2. User Responsibilities

• Parents must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
• Organizations are responsible for verifying authorized pickup contacts and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Data & Compliance

You acknowledge that SureSign is designed to support compliance with COPPA, FERPA, and GDPR principles, and you agree to use it in accordance with those laws.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

5. Liability

SureSign is provided “as-is.” While we aim to maintain secure and reliable services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use.
